Redmond Family Care (RFC) is the medical office of Dr. Pen Hou. Conveniently located close to Redmond Town Center and 520 exit, we provide family medical services for ages 18 and above and welcome new patients. Please call us to schedule, self-book an appointment on this website, or just walk in. We will accommodate your request if at all possible, and want to take time to address your concerns.

For an appointment or other health issues, patients can contact us 24/7 via email, phone, text, or fax. We will assist you in building your health record, making a diagnosis, prescribing medication, administering treatments, and coordinating your referral care. Referral service will be provided to our affiliated specialists and local community hospitals at Evergreen and Overlake. Our EMR system allows patient access important medical records such as diagnoses, labs, medications, immunizations, and other information from a patient portal. Privacy and security is assured.

RFC was established in the summer of 2010. We are a proud member of local provider networks, and have admitting privileges at Overlake Hospital.
